New high-efficiency and lightweight N-type TOPCon PV modules are launched

Suntech Power's new high-efficiency and lightweight N-type TOPCon glass module has an efficiency of around 22.5%, a power output of up to 440W, and a power output per unit area of up to 266W/m². TOPCon battery technology improves the power output of photovoltaic systems, reduces system balancing costs, and reduces levelized power costs. Multi-bus design combined with efficient N-type batteries results in low temperature coefficient and almost zero light-induced degradation light and high temperature induced degradation performance. These new modules also use low-precrosslinked, low-melting, high-reflectivity white EVA to replace traditional glass frit solutions, significantly increasing module strength and power output.

The new efficient and lightweight Type n TOPCon glass modules guarantee a higher life-cycle power output compared to standard products. Its high-seal design offers excellent resistance to potential micro-cracks, acids, alkalis, salt spray, water vapor, ultraviolet light, and potentially induced degradation. While ensuring zero water penetration and snow accumulation, these modules have excellent load bearing performance, withstanding negative pressures up to 3800 Pa and positive pressures up to 6000 Pa. This reliable quality ensures sustainable performance even in harsh environments such as deserts and farms.
